If you're not satisfied with your product, don't hesitate to contact us at flyingbirdartsnz@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt. We’ll investigate your concern, and if your claim is validated, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund for defective orders.
Please Note: We do not offer refunds for change of mind, so please choose your product carefully.
Color Consistency
While our print partners strive to minimize color variations, printing is a chemical process, and 100% consistency cannot be achieved. Various factors, such as machine type and settings, can affect color outcomes. Our quality guarantee does not cover variations within acceptable tolerance levels.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive defective or damaged items, including errors in quantity or quality, please email us within 7 days with photos and your receipt. We will take appropriate action. if your claim is validated, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund for defective orders.
Wrong Address
If you provide an insufficient address, the shipment will be returned and destroyed. If you wish to place a new order with the correct address, you will be responsible for the costs. Unclaimed shipments will also be returned and destroyed, with any new orders at your expense.
